Please be advised that, as approved by the Manitoba Public Utilities Board Act, Order #140/22, an increase of $1.17 per 1000 gallons has been passed on to the Town of Morris from the Pembina Valley Water Co-op, which provides water to the whole southern Red River region. 

This increase will take effect on March 1, 2024.

The water rate for the Town of Morris will increase $1.17 per 1000 gallons to a new rate of $19.19 per 1000 gallons.  These rates will be effective March 1, 2024 and will be reflected in the March 1, 2024 to May 2024 billing period, which is scheduled to be mailed out in June of 2024.
