Featured Programs & Initiatives

  • Adaptive Sports — KidSport™ helps youth gain access to organized sports regardless of financial constraints. Applications are available online or at the Recreation Office.

  • Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program — Providing financial assistance to help children and youth from families in need participate in sports and recreation activities. Applications are available through the Recreation Office or online at jumpstart.canadiantire.ca.

  • Skill-Building Workshops — Past offerings include boating certification, hunter safety, firearms safety, and First Aid & CPR courses, held at the Morris MultiPlex.

  • Youth Safety Classes — Upcoming “Staying Home Alone” workshops for ages 9–11 help build confidence and independence.
