Additions to Voters List

NOT ON THE VOTERS LIST? YOU CAN STILL VOTE!

The deadline to have your name added to the Town of Morris Voters List in advance of the 2026 Municipal Election has now passed.

But don’t worry — if you are eligible to vote and your name is not on the Voters List, you can still vote!

To be eligible to vote in the Town of Morris Municipal Election, you must be:

• A Canadian citizen
• At least 18 years old on Election Day
• A resident of the Town of Morris for at least six months before Election Day; OR a qualified non-resident property owner in the Town for at least six months before Election Day.

If you are eligible but not on the Voters List, simply attend a voting place during voting hours. You will be required to:

• Take an oath confirming that you are an eligible voter; and
• Provide identification to establish your identity.
• For non-resident property owners, proof of your qualification as a property owner may also be required. 

Election Day: Wednesday, October 28, 2026
8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Morris MultiPlex – South Hall, 380 Stampede Grounds

Advance Voting:
Monday, October 19 – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 21 – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Town of Morris Office, #1-380 Stampede Grounds

Being left off the Voters List does not automatically mean you cannot vote. If you meet the eligibility requirements, come out and make your vote count!
