Advance Voting
Advance Voting Date: October 19th & 21st, 2026
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Town of Morris Municipal Office 1-380 Stampede Grounds
Sealed Envelope Voting (Mail-In Voting)
If you expect that you will be unable to vote in person on Election Day or during advance voting, you may be eligible to vote by sealed envelope.
How to Apply
By Mail or Email
If a voter is unable to go in person to a voting place or vote in advance, may apply in writing, or by fax to the Senior Election Officer at #1-380 Stampede Grounds, Morris, Manitoba R0G 1K0.
A voter may apply between September 30th, 2026 and October 25th, 2026
A voter applying by mail or fax will receive a sealed envelope ballot package by regular post, or by making alternative arrangements with the senior election official.
The application must include the voter's:
- name, address and telephone number;
- declaration of eligibility; and
- legible copies of the required identification.

Mobile Voting
For the purpose of accommodating persons who are qualified to vote, but reside at a health care facility, a mobile voting station will be set up at the following health care facilities on election day, October 28th, 2026.
Red River Valley Lodge – 136 Ottawa Ave. West from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m
Morris General Hospital- 215 Railroad Ave. East from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
