About Us

Established in 1974, the Red River Valley Lodge (RRVL) is a 40‑bed personal care home governed by Southern Health–Santé Sud. Over the years, enhancements like a courtyard, veranda, chapel, and activity lounge have elevated the comfort of our residents.

• Resident Rights & Dignity: The Bill of Rights is prominently displayed and honored.

• Resident Council: Meeting regularly to voice feedback—minutes are documented and followed up.

• Integrated Care Plans: Developed within 24 hours of admission, regularly updated, and incorporate residents’ personal, physical, and emotional needs.

• Nutrition Standards: Three balanced meals offered daily, delivered with respect and choices accommodated.

• Safety Systems: Accessible call systems, secure exits, and a well-maintained, comfortable environment.

• Therapeutic Activities: A variety of programs are offered, with recreational schedules posted throughout the home.
