All dogs and cats must be registered with the Town of Morris—registration is completely free. You can register by calling 204‑746‑2531, accessing one of our online forms or by visiting us in person at the Town Civic Centre (1‑380 Stampede Grounds) 

Following the Rules Keeps Everyone Safe

To help keep your pet and your community happy and healthy, please observe these important guidelines:

• Containment: Pets must not run at large or stray onto public or private property 

• Leash Use: Dogs must be on a leash when out walking or exercising.

• Noise Control: Dogs or cats must not bark or howl in a way that disturbs the peace.

• Clean Up: Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in a proper garbage bin
