Join Town Council and the RCMP Morris Detachment for a community discussion focused on property crime in the Town of Morris

This meeting will feature:

·         A discussion between Detachment Head Sgt. Wiens and Mayor Scott Crick addressing common questions about community crime, including:

·         The nature and level of crime in our community

·         How crime has changed over the past five years

·         What the RCMP are doing to combat crime

·         Challenges within the justice system that can result in repeat offences

·         RCMP recommended crime prevention techniques that residents and businesses can use to protect themselves

·         A moderated question-and-answer session

·         Community feedback and additional initiatives we can work on together to help protect residents and businesses
