Brienna Mazinke – 20 Minute Full Body Workouts
These 20-minute full body workouts can be completed with no equipment, bands and/or weights (you can make your own weights by placing soup cans, text books, etc. in a backpack or bag).
Consult your physician before becoming more physically active. None of the exercises should cause any pain, always listen to your body and follow the direction for correct form.
